Joy in Simple Movement

This is not a standard exercise class; it’s more a way of looking at the world! We use a variety of simple movements to music which are safe, gentle and fun. Everyone can work at their own level. The aims include:

· developing a good posture
· paying attention to breathing
· increasing the range of movement possible
· promoting well-being
· helping to improve bone density
· facilitating relaxation
· aiding the circulation
· improving balance & stamina
