Welcome to the website of the East Grinstead U3A. Established in 1995, we now have over 450 members with 33 groups. The U3A takes its name from L'Université du Troisième Age launched in France in 1972. It is more a university in the original sense of the word; a co-operative of people interested in a particular activity or subject. U3As have members not students.
